Tons o' News. Okay, so in the last couple of weeks a ton of stuff has happened.

First, I got layed off at work. This is a long story and will, no doubt, be the topic of several future blogs.

Second, I just got back today from a trip to Arizona for 5 days where I visited Ft. Huachuca. My brother is stationed their for Army training.

Third, I have seen 3 movies in the last few days that I would like to give my thoughts on.

And fourth, I spent 9/11 in Las Vegas, and have some nutty stories to tell about that.

But for this particular blog... I just got back from seeing Minority Report. Speilberg is a genius! Granted the story is a bit goofy (although for sheer sci-fi it's awesome) but his camera work, and lighting, and special effects are almost beyond description. He really is the greatest film-maker of our time (maybe all time). (And not to perpetually flog the proverbial dead horse, but again, it's just more proof that Lucas needs to hang it up)

That's it for now...
